What is aqademix?
Aqademix is a multi-purpose campus management and information system designed to assist school administrators, faculty, and staff with enrollment, admission, student and visitor monitoring, a K-12 compliant grading system, government-standard school forms and report generation, records management, student finance accounts, library management, and more. It’s the ideal solution for streamlining your institution’s operations.
Our mission from the outset has been to create a comprehensive, tailored system for schools, providing a one-stop solution for all their needs. Our blueprint includes modules designed to manage data and information from the enrollment and admission process, financial and asset monitoring, employee attendance, student attendance and grading systems, to generating reports and analytics that assess the overall performance of students, classes, departments, and the school as a whole.
We’ve noticed that many schools and universities still rely on a mix of paper-based systems and spreadsheet software to manage their data. While these methods are functional, they can be time-consuming and detract from the core mission of educating students. Aqademix aims to streamline information and data management, allowing schools to focus more on their primary goal.
Aqademix leverages technology to streamline many of the school’s operations. Upon signing up, an online portal is developed to serve as a gateway for parents to monitor their children’s performance and accountability at school.
